New solar system installed last week at my new home. Sales person is very professional and knowledgeable about their product range. Took the quote from other two big companies but Hybrid solar gave me the best deal. Saved big $$$. Moreover their installation team done the job very professionally. After installation… i got call from the sales team to make sure everything work well.
Writing this review after almost two and a half years of installation. Rinku at Hybrid Solar Energy Solutions was very informative, had good knowledge of their products, explained everything in simple terms and was transparent about pricing and costs so there were no surprises after documents were signed and initial sum deposited. All the important correspondence was via emails, so everything was in written. All this was then. To the present now, since then never had to contact Rinku or the team. However, a few days ago the solar was not operating normally, which was a one-off, so contacted Rinku after a long time and she answered immediately and said she will try to find out what the problem is or could be and will get back by in a few hours which she did and turns out that there was an outage/some error at the Fronius’s (inverter we installed) end. There were a few users affected by that and not just us. The outage/error was resolved by Fronius in a few hours (by evening that day) and the system, since has been operating normally. So, overall, so far, has been a good experience.
These wonderful people worked tirelessly to create a system that I am happy with until date they gave me great work at a great price and I would highly recommend this product to anyone thinking about installation and money saving
